Welcome to the CIHRM December 2025 Workshop

The Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) is excited to announce our upcoming professional development workshop happening on December 19th and 20th, 2025. This event forms part of the Mandatory Continuous Learning (MCL) program for all CIHRM members, ensuring that you stay updated with the latest trends in human resource management.

Workshop Theme and Agenda

The theme of this year’s workshop is “Strategic Talent Management: Attracting, Developing, and Retaining High-Performance People for Business Results.” Over two engaging days, participants will explore critical topics essential for fostering a high-performance workforce. On Day 1, Dr. Kemi Abayeh, an expert in human resource management, will address managing people for results. On Day 2, Mr. Ajibola Ladokun will share insights on winning with talent from acquisition to retention.

Registration and Participation Details

The workshop will be held online via Zoom from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM each day, making it convenient for everyone to attend from the comfort of your home. CIHRM members with up-to-date subscriptions can participate for free, while non-members are welcome to join for a fee of ₦30,000.
